It's no secret that Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift are BFFs and Selena could not stop talking about her pal on Live! With Regis and Kelly yesterday morning.
However, Selena revealed that there is one thing the duo haven't done together that they've always wanted to - double date!
"We have yet to do that and it really bothers us!" Gomez told Regis when he asked if she and Swift ever double dated.
"It's either one way or the other," Selena continued. "She'll have someone and I won't or I will and she won't. We're never quite there!"
Selena said that she feels she and Taylor are very blessed and they always stop and take pictures with fans. And although they may not double date, Selena says they do a lot of other BFF things.
"We go to the movies, go get yogurt, go to dinner, hang out and go to the mall," she added.
Selena also shared about how she suffered a bad break up and Taylor showed up to her house with fresh baked cookies! Awwwww!
I'm so sad about the whole negative comments brought by the Taylor thing. I can't help it,I'm still a Toothy fangirl. I guess I'm the JiG equivalent of the JiS bunch who says "as long as he is happy".

JJ has another Jake post. This one about Jake and Anne landing in Australia. I guess you could say that the showmance is very successful because every Jake post on JJ now get over 70 comments where he was lucky to get 25 and ONTD posts get over 250 comments where before it could have been 100. But how the tides have turned on him. Practically all the comments are negative. The showmance has people ragging on him, making fun of him and being pretty mean to him. I wonder if his PR still considers the showmance a success. Do they feel that any PR is good? or are they acutally reading the comments and realizing that people have turned on him?
I'm a JiG believer and I do not want by any means this Taylor thing over in the short term. I'm having a great laugh watching the shitfest Hollywood is trying to push on us everyday. Since Jake movies are not exactly amusing lately,at least I can have some fun out of his PR craziness
OT: Just came back from seeing "Black Swan." What an outrageously twisted, entertaining ballet thriller. It does verge on camp but it avoids becoming a screeching howlfest due to a Natalie Portman's GREAT (and I'm no Portman fan--but she's ASTOUNDING here) performance anchoring it. BTW, each showing at the theater I saw it is SOLD OUT!!!
How ironic. A few months ago people said what a crap actress Natalie was, what a dummie she is, a pedophile supporter and today she's giving an award worthy performance in a good flick and everyone loves her again and forgave her "sins". People are too funny and fickle. Things turn around quick. ;)

The staged fauxmance was so ridiculously obvious and insulting that Jake has earned hundreds maybe even thousands of new non fans. Fans who will now go out of their way to not see his movies. Longtime WFTers are more loyal to him in a way than all the newbies who think he is at best a laughingstock and at worst a pervert pursing somebody so immature.

Blatant and overt phoniness, along with famewhoring, are a turn-off to many people and it affects how you view someone, even looks-wise. And since Jake hasn't booked any new movies since Source Code, which stopped filming last March, it looks like the bearding will be the only thing keeping Jake is the news. Remember, Reeke started in 10/07 (Rendition) and didn't end until 11/09 (Brothers). That was a long time for Jake to be out of the movie theatres. Why does it take so long for Jake to book movie deals?
Swyll started with the promotion of LAOD. Is he bearding because he doesn't expect to land another movie deal for A LONG time?
Swyll forces the JIS-ers to confront all of these questions now. They can't put it off any longer. Jake's professional vulnerabilities and manipulations are now apparent for everyone to see.
This is really, really ugly. The JIS-ers finally realize that they've being used, and they don't like it.

Both Jake, Anne and Michelle were nominated for something called the Golden Satellite awards, ryan was snubbed.

The movie frustrated me because I thought it had a lot of potential that got wasted. I thought Jake and Anne were really good in their parts, I'd say the acting was probably the strongest part of the movie for me. But I thought the movie just went over-the-top and tried to be too much. I also thought a lot of it was very cliche. Zwick should know better. I hated the brother's character, and it was ridiculous cliche casting. The fat unattractive slob to play against the handsome leading man. Please. And like these two came from the same parents. Viagra jokes weren't funny in the 90s and are less funny now. If Zwick were smart, instead of repeating those tired old gags, he would've turned it around and made fun of how lame those jokes are and gotten some of the comedy from that. I thought Anne's character was under-developed, and I thought females in general were shown in a pretty bad light. One reviewer mentioned that they were either bimbos, manipulators or Parkinson's victims. I don't think Zwick ever followed through on his indictment of the drug industry and even though Anne and Jake did a good job, I thought a lot of the dialogue was really trite, especially when - SPOILER -
Jamie chases the bus down and makes his speech. Very predictable. There were some good moments between Anne and Jake but not enough to save the movie for me.

It's frustrating that Jake's and Anne's good performances will be much less noticed because of the movies' mediocrity. Maybe Zwick is just overrated as writer and director?

LOL. You're welcome :) I've seen some of Zwick's stuff but I don't know enough about him to say whether he's overrated. He missed the mark on this, though, imo.

On Oscarwatch I read !!!Robert DeNiro will be hosting the next Blue Valentine screening in NYC, Kate Winslet did the previous in NYC. The movie and actors are receiving a lot of support from their peers.
LOL Taylor Swift agreed to beard with Jake because she grew up watching Donnie Darko and wishing she had a big real pet rabbit like he did.

I think Anne and Jake shouldn't have agreed to pose nude for EW. EW then had the nerve to give their movie a C. It was like a provocation. I feel Anne is very disappointed. Even though I like that Jake went to support Michelle and BV, he should have had in mind that she is actually Anne's competition for critics nods etc.
I just came back from a screening of How Do You Know. What a lame, tired and predictable sitcom. Paul Rudd is cute and charming. Reese Witherspoon looks like she wants to retch everytime Owen Wilson (who plays one of her love interests) touches her. I've never seen two actors display less chemistry (call it antichemistry) than those two. Reese looks constipated throughout the movie. And Nicholson is TERRIBLE! Only good thing about the film is charming, sweet Rudd. He should be working more.

Idk if it was posted here but did anyone catch the comments about LAOD on TMZ TV? TMZ papped Josh Gad and they were talking about seeing Anne H. naked. Then the blonde girl (Katie?) who sits in the front said she saw a screenshot on the web of Jake's penis from the movie and when she said it was erect everyone thought she said it was a wreck.
