There is no reason to believe Ennis liked heterosexual sex.
Ennis hated himself and hated being gay much, much more than Jack. Being just with Jack, never with other man, was a way to delude himself into "I'm gay just for Jack", to limit self-loathing damage.

I remember now,Yes I'm agree with your interpretation,also in the movie when Ennis wants to have sex with Alma, but she rejects him and he tells her she doesn't want to have children with her husband anymore.it is clear however that he wants to have sex with her.
Why so defensive? It's just another point of view. It's not the first time it has been discussed. I think he loved Jack.
Sex is just sex sometimes - he also thought about Jack during sex with Alma, and he did have two children and wasn't adverse to more. It could also be that he was denying his real self - but sex isn't anything sometimes more than release. I think his real feelings for Jack surprised and scared him. As he grew older, he did seem to be more aware - he didn't have much going on with Cassie. Brokeback is a very complicated story.

I think that people place to much emphasis on it - both homophobes and non. It certainly can be erotica, two beautiful men together, but there's more to relationships as we all know. As time has gone on I think Brokeback is more about the love between Ennis and Jack. Also what it means to be a man - Ennis' character seems to take that very seriously. If it wasn't people wouldn't be so eager for same-sex marriage. JMO.
