Sorry I’m not doing this all in one post! I’m too new with technology. Anyway, that tweet is from some random girl on Twitter saying her distant cousin is dating Jake. The second post is just a person on Twitter that looks like they asked about the post and of course the attention seeking first one didn’t reply. I mean of course you want to post about a major celeb dating your family BUT don’t want anyone asking about it lol. Then the same person asks why they posting it if they want to ignore, which I agree it does seem like at that point it’s someone maybe trying to be relevant to their friends! That person got blocked lol and then they made their twitter private, the attention seeker did.
I don’t think it’s true because Jake has been at several bring a date functions lately and he’s been alone. His birthday dinner, Amy Schumer dinner, Amy Schumer wedding, theater night of Maggie. Plus he’s not really even been in nyc much. I know I’ve seen tweets in the past that say things like Jake is dating my sister or Jake just asked out my friend....what does everyone make of this?

Famous actors performing live on stage is usually a surefire way to sell out a show, and such was the case on Monday night as Jake Gyllenhaal, James Corden, Anjelica Huston, Isla Fisher, Mark Hamill and more took the stage at the historic Theatre at the Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
It was the first public U.S. performance of Letter Live, the London-based event that features a diverse array of performers reading correspondence ranging from the centuries-old to of-the-moment.
The evening, in partnership with Net-a-porter and Mr Porter, followed other private events that YNAP has done, such as the November Incredible Women gala that featured the likes of Charlize Theron and Brie Larson reading female-themed missives.
This time, many turned out to hear Gyllenhaal read both comedy — a letter from a farmer to the government that went "viral" back in the Thirties — and tragedy — a love letter written by a widower for his late wife.
Corden also brought the laughs, reading a note from a New York copywriter-turned-aspiring screenwriter beseeching a Golden Age studio head for a meeting. Often the surprise of performers and letters is the draw for Letters Live, and many of the troupe, including Catherine Keener and Anjelica Huston, were first-timers.
"That was fun. Now I just need to wipe the sweat off my face," said Annabelle Wallis, who also read a couple of funny and heart-breaking selections. There was also an appearance from Shirley Manson, who didn't exactly follow form.
"Excuse my grandiosity, but when they asked me to do this, I didn't realize what Letters Live was, so I wrote an actual letter, for my niece," she said.
Wallis, along with Isla Fisher, Jarvis Cocker and musical performers Benjamin Booker and Benjamin Clementine and Reggie Watts were among those who went to the rooftop after party at The Mezzanine at Best Girl inside the hotel.
Crocker saved the day for a group that was headed from the second-floor green room to the roof, when the elevator operator was nowhere to be found. "Don't worry, I can get us there. I'm staying here" he said, brandishing his hotel room key.
Not even the Monday night of what is sure to be a long Oscar Week or the cold rain stopped many guests from reveling. The next public U.S. show is slated for May 18 and 19 at Town Hall in New York.

Letters Live traveled across the pond for its first-ever U.S. celebration.
Celebrities, including Jake Gyllenhaal, Mark Hamill, Anjelica Huston, Isla Fisher, Catherine Keener, and James Corden, read comedic and intimate letters — some written centuries ago, others a couple of years old. Proceeds from the event, which began in 2013, go to charity.
One by one, actors and musicians took the stage at the Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles after host Aisha Tyler, who also read a letter from Maya Angelou later in the evening, announced the context of each letter. The literature ranged from a hilarious thank you from an elderly woman, read by Keener, to a mother’s final words to her daughter, read by Annabelle Wallis.
Gyllenhaal was one of the few performers who read multiple letters. The first correspondence he read was a comical letter mocking the government for paying farmers subsidies not to farm. Gyllenhaal’s second note was a letter from a husband to his wife, who died two years earlier from tuberculosis. “I love you so that you stand in my way of loving anyone else,” Gyllenhaal said. “But I want you to stand there. You, dead, are so much better than anyone else alive.”
Nikki Suzuki, a 16-year-old who had two family members involved in two recent mass shootings, read a letter from a 7-year-old girl asking President Donald Trump to support gun control. “My best friend Jacob was shot and died. That made me very sad. I loved him and was going to marry him one day. I hate guns,” she wrote.
Keener’s first letter was written by a columnist to her 20-year-old self. The piece reflected on the positive and poor decisions the author made throughout her life. “You will come to know things that can only be known with the wisdom of age and the grace of years,” Keener read. “Most of those things will have to do with forgiveness.”
Some other highlights from the evening included Huston reading a heartfelt letter from Katharine Hepburn to her late husband Spencer Tracey, Fisher acting out the anger expressed by a woman who had to sit next to a bathroom in an airplane, Danny Huston conveying Kurt Vonnegut’s firm stance on why his son shouldn’t fight in the Vietnam War, and Hamill, Keener, and Huston reading a letter for “Star Trek” producers.
There were also musical moments — singer Benjamin Booker performed. After reading a letter Jimi Hendrix wrote to his father when he first began his music career, Reggie Watts channeled the late rock star for a psychedelic performance.
The profits from this year’s event — in partnership with Net-A-Porter and Mr. Porter — benefit 826LA and Women for Women International.

Donnie Darko is one of the best examples of introspective sci-fi that truly makes you think. Jake Gyllenhaal delivers a masterful portrayal of mental illness and gives one of the best performances of his career. It’s a movie that will stick with you your entire life.
Hey. So I did snooping lol and about that Twitter post....I spoke to a relative of the original poster. I was being cool about it and to make a long story short the family member said that the distant cousin said she wanted to date Jake and the original poster heard it and assumed they were dating. The distant cousin has never even met him lol she just wanted to. I think that’s legit cuz the family member I spoke to was older and she just loved someone talking to her lol, I know so much about that family that I never wanted to know BUT I found out the Jake truth! lol
So ya it’s not a real thing, false alarm. Guess that’s what happens when you hear things through the grapevine!

Katy Perry’s Friends Want Her To Dump Orlando Bloom For Jake Gyllenhaal?
Katy Perry’s friends have not hatched a scheme to get the singer to dump Orlando Bloom and start dating Jake Gyllenhaal instead, despite a made-up tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this nonsense. We’re told there’s no truth to it.
Perry and Bloom split last March after one year of dating, but the pair reunited for a vacation in the Maldives in January. The two were spotted strolling through Prague this week, fueling more reconciliation rumors. Although the singer and actor have been spending time together lately, it’s not clear whether or not they’re officially a couple again.
The latest issue of OK! now claims Perry’s friends are worried that Bloom is just leading her on and will eventually break the singer’s heart, so they set their sights on another A-list actor. “[Katy and Jake] really are a match made in heaven,” an alleged insider tells the magazine. “Katy is the total package. And Jake may be a little sweeter than what she’s used to, but she needs to change it up.”
“Everyone’s tired of watching Katy suffer through these cycles of acceptance and rejection,” adds the outlet’s supposed source, who further contends that Bloom “is like poison to her self-esteem.” The seemingly nonexistent insider goes on to say that Perry will likely “balk at a setup” with Gyllenhaal, “but if she can get out of her own way, she may just find true love.”
It should be noted, however, that Perry and Bloom have stayed on good terms following their amicable split last year. There’s no reason to believe that the actor toyed with the singer’s emotions during their relationship, despite the magazine’s assertion otherwise. Still, Gossip Cop checked in with a rep for Perry, who exclusively assures us that no on in her inner circle is trying to set her up on a date with Gyllenhaal. The tabloid’s account of events is pure fiction.
Unfortunately, OK! frequently publishes lies about the singer’s love life, so we’re not surprised by this bogus article. Gossip Cop recently called out the publication for falsely claiming that Perry was dating Robert Pattinson. The tabloid’s sister outlet, the National Enquirer, later wrote a phony follow-up story about Bloom warning the Twilight star to stay away from the singer. This latest article dragging Gyllenhaal into the narrative is equally untrue.
