The affectionate duo was spotted at the Cold Process Coffee and Tea pop-up stand at New York's Pier 57 last Sunday around 3 p.m. As they ordered refreshments, the couple couldn't resist sneaking in a few sweet smacks on the lips.
An onlooker told PEOPLE that Gyllenhaal, 32, who was a presenter two weeks ago at the Tony Awards ceremony in New York, and brunette Miller, 23 , who made her SI debut in 2011, appeared to be more than just friends as they were sweetly affectionate with each other.
"You could tell they were a couple. There was lots of PDA going on," the eyewitness said of their bike date. "They didn't make out, but they would kiss each other on the lips multiple times. More like little pecks and they were very touchy-feely. They couldn't keep their hands off of each other."

But more importantly, having watched Jake and his PR carefully for many years I predict this one will last 3 months, perhaps even through the movie release in September. And if he's getting chatter for an Oscar, maybe longer.

They work hard and are constantly traveling, so it's convenient to have infrequent photo ops and there's a built-in reason for a breakup - scheduling conflicts. Also, this group doesn't get publicity on their own, it's very difficult to become a household name until you make the cover of SI, and that's super competitive (especially now thanks to Kate Upton). They need the PR relationship even more than the closeted actor does, so it's stable.
Alyssa had a contract with Guess and was poised for Supermodel status awhile back, but that didn't happen for her. This is a logical next step - Power Dating.
